Hi all!

It’s time for another post in the ABC Book Challenge series, one coming out each week for 26 weeks! I originally saw this post over on Jacquie @ Rattle the Stars‘ blog — please go check out Jacquie’s incredible blog!

MEMORABLE TITLES THAT START WITH “O”

I have studied The Odyssey four times and read it at least four times, and I used to hate it due to how much I studied it, but because I haven’t studied it in a while, I like it again. On the Jellicoe Road is one of my favourite YA novels ever — it’s a mystery, a romance, a story within a story. I highly recommend it, it’s incredible. Of Fire and Stars is the sweetest f/f YA fantasy novel ever, I adore it so much. So lovely and romantic!

Off the Ice is a cute m/m sports romance between a Puerto Rican sociology professor and a professional hockey player. It’s also got a age gap, which I low-key love in romances. I just recently read Over and Over Again and it’s an amazing romance novel — it’s 600 pages long and features a big age gap (27 years!) between a young man and his father’s best friend. Read it!!

BOOKS STARTING WITH “O” ON MY TBR

Of Ice and Shadows is the last book in the Of Fire and Stars series and I’m so so so excited to read it! Can’t wait to read about my lesbian and bi girls again. The One Hundred Nights of Hero is a graphic novel loosely based on 1001 Arabian Nights where a young woman named Cherry is offered up to another man by her husband, so she and her maid, Hero, who are lovers, hatch a plan to escape. It looks beautiful! Obsidio is the last book in the Illuminae series — I’ve read the other two books and can’t wait to read the last! Out of the Easy is set in the 1950s about the daughter of a prostitute who wants a better life for herself, but gets embroiled in a murder.
