The ABC Book Challenge | “V”

I haven’t updated this post since last year in early December, because I had so many Christmas and end of year wrap up posts that were more important! But I only have a few of these posts left, so I wanted to finish!

MEMORABLE TITLES THAT START WITH “V”

 

I read Vampire Academy when I was in high school and loved it. I adore the relationships between Rose and Dimitri, and Lissa and Christian. Vicious was freaking amazing — it’s a powerful, weird novel about people with the powers of superheroes but who have grudges against each other. The Vampire Lestat is the origin story of the infamous Lestat de Lioncourt from Interview with the Vampire. I loved him in the first book and I love him in his own book.

 

BOOKS STARTING WITH “V” ON MY TBR

 

V For Vendetta has been on my TBR probably longer than any other book and I actually own it too. I just need to find some time to actually read the damn thing! The Vintner’s Luck is a book about angels … I think? I’m not completely sure why I put it on my TBR, aside from the fact that a GR mutual adored it, so we’ll see how I feel if/when I read it. I’ve wanted to read A Vindication of the Rights of Woman for a long time — it’s like the classic call to action for rights for women.
